PEL is an abriviation for PHEMU ENTERPRISES LIMITED; a private limited company registered under the Companies Act Cap 212 of the United Republic of Tanzania, intends to provide access to affordable and readily available financial services for micro business and personal loan as a results to make positive impact on the economic, social and natural environment.

The enterprise is found and managed by the indigenous since 2010 right after registration. The primary goal is help to increase income, build businesses and acquire a financial cushion to reduce vulnerability to financial shocks in the future among-est community.
