PEL is an abriviation for PHEMU ENTERPRISES LIMITED; a private limited company registered under the Companies Act Cap 212 of the United Republic of Tanzania, intends to provide access to affordable and readily available financial services for micro business and personal loan as a results to make positive impact on the economic, social and natural environment.

The enterprise is found and managed by the indigenous since 2014 right after registration. The primary goal is help to increase income, build businesses and acquire a financial cushion to reduce vulnerability to financial shocks in the future among-est community.

To service low-income clients, providing them short term and/or long-term access to financial services, that are client focused, designed to enhance their well-being, and delivered in a manner that is ethical, dignified, transparent, equitable and cost effective

A passionate leader with first a long track record of successfully management. Engineer Heriel is educated with extensive knowledge of all current economic, an inspiring and motivational manager with first-rate interpersonal skills and the ability and passion to develop the vision of any company he manages. He is able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Possessing vast managing directorship and CEO experience he will always ensure that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained.

Phides B. Temba - Managing Director

Apart from control the work and resources of the Company and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff, I rovide strategic advice and guidance to the Chairman and the members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the Company’s mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations. I love doing these tasks

Draco Kyando - HR & Administrator

I’m responsible for managing all day to day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters as per the policies and procedures implemented by our firm, including but not limited to just confidential employee information. This is because I have a leadership skills and believing in leadership as action and as an example rather that position and merely a title.
